Tropicana Field Site

In response to a RFP put out by the City of St. Petersburg, RGA proposed the following:

  • Green Recreation Area - 20 000 SF scenic public recreation area atop the parking garage

  • Parking Garage - Two public garages with 630 spaces each

  • Workforce Housing & Retail - 280 DU total Workforce type households and 25 000 SF MOL Ground floor Retail

  • Hotel & Community Centers - 90 luxury hotel condominiums above community meeting areas along with a medical clinic and wellness center

  • Public Green Space - 58 acres including a 1 acre public park atop underground utility lines and infrastructure

  • Affordable Housing - 120 DU Affordable to households earning up to eighty percent of Area Median Income adjusted for family size

  • Market Rate Housing & Retail - 140
    DU market rate housing wrapped around parking garage, with a total of approximately 75 000 SF ground floor retail
