Hotel & Community Centers - 90 luxury hotel condominiums above community meeting areas along with a medical clinic and wellness center

Public Green Space - 58 acres including a 1 acre public park atop underground utility lines and infrastructure

Affordable Housing - 120 DU Affordable to households earning up to eighty percent of Area Median Income adjusted for family size

Market Rate Housing & Retail - 140
DU market rate housing wrapped around parking garage, with a total of approximately 75 000 SF ground floor retail
