301 North Rome, Redevelopment
301 North Rome is an urban infill mixed-use project with 23 townhouses behind street side retail space. The project has many features of "new urbanism" and is the new home of the restaurant Rome + Fig Global Bistro
The Province, Redevelopment
The Province is a 400 unit student housing facility located near the University of South Florida campus in Tampa, Florida. Its main feature is the comprehensive clubhouse which includes a nightclub, student assembly areas, a fitness center and a multi-media theater. The Province has a reputation with students as one of the most desirable off-campus living destinations at USF.
Centro Place, Rehabilitation
Centro Place is a 160 unit senior living apartment community located in East Tampa. The development of this site included the rehabilitation of the historic Centro Asturiano Hospital. Special care was taken with this landmark to preserve the history of this building while also allowing for new uses as the hub for activities in the community.

Bloomingdale Woods Amenities, Refurbishment (in progress)
RGA provided ESG Kullen and Bloomingdale Woods with architectural services to design a new 2,544 square foot clubhouse that wraps around the existing pool area. A pergola/trellis and outdoor kitchen are also being added to the pool deck. These projects are currently under construction. The apartments were updated by designing new handrails to the stairs and second floor breezeways. Metal handrails and guardrails were designed to replace the existing wooden railings.

Grand Pavilion Fitness Center, Reuse
Located just north of the University of South Florida, Grand Pavilion Apartment's management noticed that their racquetball court wasn't getting the use by its residents as it once was. In order to improve their amenity offerings it is being converted to a state of the art fitness center.

The Province Apartments Fire Damage, Repair
A discarded cigarette caused a 3-alarm fire at the Province Apartments in Tampa near Busch Gardens. After an inspection and a drone flight to asses the damage, our team was able to quickly create plans for repairs to the structure.
