Dolphin Watch Condominiums is 8 stories of condo units, garages on the east side of the building and a pool area on the north side of the building. RGA was hired as the prime architect for this job to coordinate all sub designers for the rebuild of the garages, ground floor and pool area. RGA also worked with the owner to replace all drywall that was damaged by the storm surge and the wind damage to the roof, which caused water to leak down inside the units on all 8 floors.
