This project is an affordable housing project that is subsidized by low- income housing tax credits provided by the State of Florida, Florida Housing Finance Corp. The project is institutional in nature in that it was constructed of concrete tunnel forms and masonry that result in a lower maintenance cost than wood frame construction.

Plumbing, Electrical and Mechanical systems so designed and constructed to enhance the useful life of the facility. The project is designed to meet the needs of modest and middle-income families.
