Robles Park Fire Damage Rehabilitation | TAMPA

Fire severely damaged one of the six 2- bedroom units of a building at this Tampa Housing Authority location consisting of 65 buildings with 430 apartments. The goal was to convert this building to 3 4- bedroom units along with the rehabilitation of the fire damaged areas.

The project included analysis of the current heating and ventilating system and recommendations for renovating that system. A new gas fire tank hot water heater was installed and circulating pumps were repaired or replaced, as field conditions required.
