Centro Place | TAMPA

This project, developed by The Bank of America, included renovation of a historic hospital building in 2005 as well as construction of new multi-family affordable housing units. The hospital was renovated to serve as the clubhouse for the housing. The history of this Tampa landmark was preserved while fully utilizing its potential to serve new residents.
