Palma Ceia Grande | TAMPA

This project was planned for Stroud Ave. and the Crosstown Expressway. This project included 51 luxury condominiums with views of downtown Tampa the Palma Ceia Golf Course.

The design consisted of a courtyard concept, where the condos overlook the swimming pool and community areas. This four- story structure has a ground level parking garage and three stories of living space above. There are two and three bedroom units to choose from, each unit containing a large balcony from which residents can enjoy views of South Tampa.
