The project involved a defective roof that was replaced under a class action lawsuit against the phenolic foam manufacturer. The project team included Reliable Group Architects and our roofing consultant. The team developed plans and specifications to address the remediation of the existing roof deck according to the terms of the lawsuit.

The bid was awarded and work began in conjunction with the outside deck remediation specialist. The construction manager coordinated the roofing contractor and the deck remediation company. Reliable Group and our consultant monitored the work throughout the construction period.
