Shoppes at Interbay | TAMPA

This mixed-use project combines 6,000 SF of retail space on the first floor and 1,000 SF of office space on the second floor. The Shoppes at Interbay are located in a small Bayshore neighborhood. The design concept was to create a residential feel to this retail/office complex. The "village concept" includes a mixture of architectural elements, colors, and textures with six different facades to create interest.
