This retail center located in Tampa, had become outdated and lost its appeal to the public. RGA developed a scheme to improve the building's facade and site conditions with the goal of increasing visibility with contemporary aesthetics. Building improvements include a new color palette, improved column finishes, and a double height build-out which gives the impression of an inhabitable second story space. Site design includes redesigned monument signs, brick pavers at entry/exit points, tree relocations, and several other additions to the variety of on-site plant life. The minimal yet effective renovations to Florida Crossings have made it one of Tampa's premier retail centers.
